Web-based access to statements

AccuDoc’s document management system stores all of your data records, PDF images and mailing account details. AccuDoc provides an on-line, secure environment for you to view documents, access custom reports and track history.

Convenient and secure data transfer

You can upload files to AccuDoc using a variety of methods. Transfer methods include but are not limited to: FTP, SFTP, VPN, e-mail and Active Web uploads. At your request, AccuDoc will create a ‘shell account’ on its servers to allow you to manage your own documents. As part of our tailored approach AccuDoc creates custom upload definitions for each customer.

On-line payment and e-statements

With AccuDoc, you can provide electronic statements to your customers and allow them to pay on-line. The electronic statement provides the option of receiving billing statements in PDF form via e-mail instead of receiving paper statements via the US Postal Service.
